At Bosca Chemicals & Cleaning Supplies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to safety regulations, certain chemical products must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and safety seals are intact to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, or arrange for a freight pickup for bulk chemical orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
